Using this website

The content here describes our garage door repair and installation services in Sarasota County, Florida. We keep it accurate as best we can, but availability, parts and lead times change.

Requesting service and estimates

Sending a form on this site is a request for service, not a booked appointment; we confirm the appointment by phone or, if you have opted in, by text. Any figure given over the phone is an indication only. The price you pay is the written estimate you approve before work starts.

SMS Terms

Program name: Garage Door Repair Guys Service Notifications.

Message types: appointment confirmations, technician updates, and estimate follow-ups relating to service you have requested from us. This is a service program, not a marketing or promotional program.

How you join: by checking the optional SMS consent box on a form on this website and giving us your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default and you must check it yourself. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. You can book service, request an estimate and use every part of this website without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message frequency varies. You will normally receive messages only around an appointment or an open estimate.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

STOP — to stop receiving text messages from us at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. We will send one final message confirming that the number has been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. You can also call (941) 206-0916 and ask us to remove your number. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment.

HELP — for help with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message we send and we will reply with support information, or contact us directly.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: your mobile number and your consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Calls

By calling us or giving us your phone number you agree that we may call you back about your service request. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.

Warranty

Warranty cover for parts and labor is stated on your written estimate or invoice. It does not cover damage from misuse, accident, weather events, or work carried out by anyone else after us.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question.
